Each new year brings wonderful spring and summer storms, which gives us photographers a challenge to try and capture the already-beautiful LDS temples together with lightning. It’s not an easy task, as you never know when a lightning bolt will occur. It sometimes requires hundreds or even thousands of individual exposures to capture the perfect moment. But we accept the challenge every year and always come back with a few “keepers.”
