A few words from Alan:

I have been interested in photography my entire life. I started with a 110 film camera. As technology changed I worked my way up through various 35mm cameras and now digital photography. My father was a wedding and portrait photographer and my grandfather was a landscape oil painter. I think the combination of their passions is why I feel so drawn to combining both fine art and photography to create photographic works of art.

I began flying drones three years ago and fell in love with the idea of seeing the world from a different point of view. I have loved the chance to visit and view these beautiful Houses of the Lord from a heavenly view and create the series “From On High.”
